Despard Analytics began in Atlanta, GA in 2014 with a couple of small freelance projects. The client base grew organically and spread across brokerage teams, investors, asset classes and metro areas. Over the years, our team structure formed into senior-analyst-led teams that offer customized approaches to each client.
